What does an AI credit actually do?

One AI credit generates one piece of personalized content: a full outreach email, a follow-up message, or a postcard designed with your branding and the owner's property details.

How does QR code tracking work?

Spur generates a unique QR code for each piece of mail tied to a specific property owner. When it is scanned, you receive an instant in-app and email alert with their name, address, and scan time.

How fast does my mail get delivered?

Spur hands your postcards and letters to USPS first-class mail within 2 business days of campaign approval. Most recipients receive mail within 3–5 business days depending on location.

Can I send just one postcard or do I need a minimum?

No minimums, ever. You can send a single postcard to a single owner or a thousand at once.

What happens when I hit my plan limits?

You'll receive an in-app alert at 80% of each limit. If you exceed your plan, you pay only the published per-unit overage rate. No automatic plan upgrades. No surprise charges.
